DELIVERY POLICY
We ship to UK Mainland, you can expect your order within 5 working days (often within 2 working days once despatched).Delivery based on weight and is offered automatically only when available during the checkout procedure.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days please contact us by email and we will trace the delivery and advise you on action to be taken.
RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 days to return (at your expense) an item for a refund if you are not happy with it, after this period we may add a re-stocking charge.
The postage charge is not refunded.
All returns must be authorised by email first. Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in 'new' condition.All second-hand items are purchased as seen in photographs on web page, and no refunds will be issued.Items returned will be tested before a refund is issued (excluding postage and packaging). Leeside Tools will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (excluding postage and packaging).If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return for an exchange; we will charge the postage and credit or debit any difference in value on the item.Your initial postage and packaging charge is not taken into account in this calculation, only the product cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
